Yakka were appointed by the client Manson TCLM, the contract was for asbestos removal and demolition of 5 medium rise buildings in the Auckland CBD. The location of site and proximity to surrounding city foot and vehicle traffic required a floor by floor demolition technique with the perimeter structure cut and craned utilising our 250T crawler crane.

Contract value – $4.4m
